The government certification recognizes that the Residence complies with the various requirements determined by the Ministry, as well as the socio-sanitary criteria classified under three sections: information, organization and practices.
The certification confirms that Residence Portofino is in compliance with and fulfills all of the criteria clearly stated in the regulation.
The certification allows all tenants over the age of 70 to receive a tax credit (Tax Credit for Home-Support Services for Seniors).
